Our Providers

Kevyn Comstock DO

Board Certified in Family Medicine and Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her Family Practice Residency and Osteopathic Fellowship at Eastern Maine Medical Center.

Heather Evans DO
Received her medical education at the University of New England. She is Board Certified in both Family Medicine and Neuromuscular Medicine/Osteopathic Manipulation. Her interests include nutritional health, women's health and osteopathic manipulative medicine.

David Rawcliffe DO
Received his DO from the University of New England. He has interest in preventive medicine with a focus on nutrition medicine and weight loss.

Karen Sullivan, CNM, FNP

Received her BSN at Husson University, Bangor; MSN, Philadelphia University; Certificate of Advanced Study (FNP), University of Maine. She has an interest in non-surgical management of pelvic pain and urinary incontinence; and in women's health care, including heredity cancer testing and cervical health.
